Fruity and light with an extraordinary clean finish. This variety , created by Cornell University for the Finger Lakes, is finished off semi-sweet. When served cold Cayuga is perfect for picnics or with grilled foods.

Bright, crisp and clean with a lingering finish. This wine has been fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak, to highlight delicate melon aromas from the grape. A perfect accompaniment with chicken or fish.

Tropical fruit flavors reminiscent of mangos, intermingle with fresh strawberry aromas. This wine is crisp and lively with a delicious, semi-sweet finish. A refreshing blend of Cayuga White and Cabernet Sauvignon.
