Vineland Estates Winery features local Niagara cuisine, all year, for
luncheons and dinners. The Carriage House @ Vineland Estates Winery is
available for elegant private functions and special occasions, from
luncheons, dinners, receptions and meetings. Visitors to the winery
will find our full range of Vineland Estates wines at The Wine
Boutique, located in the 1877 historic barn. The Boutique features
Reserve, Vintage and Limited Production wines which are available only
at the winery. There is a wide range of stemware, crystal, wine and
touring books as well as gourmet foods.

Brut Reserve 2005

Cabernet-Merlot 2006
Cabernet-Merlots have a nice balance of both worlds for red wine
drinkers. A nice plumy and black current characteristic on the nose
lets the slightly cedary spice offer an almost toasted vanilla texture
on the palate. Well incorporated tannins make this an enjoyable
wine for all your guests.

Chardonnay Reserve 2005
The sweet apple and vanilla aroma in this 2005 Reserve Chardonnay features a light minerality that represents our terroir nicely. The subtle acidity clears the palate to leave a long, lush roasted hazelnut and buttery characteristic.

Chenin Blanc 2006
Spectacular wine! 2006 gave this wine an amazing concentration of fruit. Aromas of fresh ripe pineapple and mango tempt the palate to experience zesty lime acidity, making for an energizing white wine.

Elevation ~ Cabernet-Merlot 2005
Intense aromas of raisins, dried figs and toasted almond dominate the nose. Cassis, stewed plums and blackberries balance velvety tannins en route to a clean finish.

Gamay Noir 2006
Simple yet elegant this Gamay Noir refreshes the palate with its sweet cherry and blueberry tartness. This wine finishes with just a hint of toasted cinnamon. Best served slightly chilled for a classic summer sipper.

Gewurtraminer 2006
Lush spicy notes of lychee and grapefruit dominated the nose on this 2006 Gewurtraminer. The palate finishes with a nice clean crisp acidity. This wine will pair well with Asian style cuisin that has some dominant spice to it.

Vidal Icewine 2006 ~ 200ml
Ripe raisin and fig aromas dominate the nose. The first sip offers a nice acidity which is expressed by wonderful citrus characteristics. Once the first mouthful is complete we are left with an elegant honeyed richness on the palate.

Vidal Select Late Harvest
Shows complex, highly aromatic notes of apricot, peach and pineapple. Full bodied and balanced, this wine displays a vibrant spicy finish. Enjoy chilled with your favorite dessert or as an apéritif.
