  Coyote Cuvée
A name suggested by our winemaker, David Vergari, to depict the coyote who would sneak into our vineyard just prior to harvest. This connoisseur would gobble the ripe fruit at sunrise. Hand selected by David and Richard, the cuvée is a blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% cabernet franc. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels in our underground wine cave.
  Napa Chardonnay
This 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay has been produced by classic grape growing and winemaking techniques that resulted in a gold medal award winning 2003 vintage. The wine was barrel fermented in medium toast French and American oak and sur lie aged to enhance the body. The secondary Malolatic fermentation adds buttery softness and complexity. Clean and fresh aromas of honeydew, red apples, and vanilla with a rich body and wonderful pineapple-caramel finish complete the experience.
  The OC Red
Hand selected grapes from the famed Coomsville region of Napa Valley. This vineyard has been the source of wine made for Joseph Phelps, The Hess Collection, and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars.
  Wretched Excess Red
