A production brewery located in the heart of Chicago, we believe in pushing the envelope - looking for what's next. Our canvas is your glass. You can expect interesting new flavor/style/technique mash-ups from us. But never just to be gimmicky. If there's not a clear reason to believe an adjunct or change in SOP will add something to the style we're brewing, we won't do it. But if there is…well, who nows what can happen.
