Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon, Coombsville Vineyard is a true expression of varietal purity. Ultra dark in color, this wine introduces itself on the nose with aromas of traditional Bordeaux. Mature tannins sweep over the palate, enveloping the senses with cassis, luscious ripened fruit and smoky spice box.

This lively Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the tiny 2 acre McFadden Vineyard in the Soda Canyon Area of Napa Valley. This delightfully bright 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is fruit driven from nose to palate, exuding aromas and flavors of ripe berries and candied fruits with well-integrated notes of toasty vanilla spice.

Our 2003 Chardonnay is opulent and elegant. From the Camelback Vineyard in Carneros, it is a well-balanced wine with a palate that is rich and full yet still refreshingly bright and clean on the finish.

Sourced from Bill Hill’s home ranch Broken Rock, our 2003 Merlot is a full and succulent wine with ripe plum and berry flavors, a bright palate and luxurious, smooth tannins. The wine was aged for 22 months on 100% French oak, 50% of which was new, adding layers of vanilla, cedar and spice to this full-bodied wine.

Our 2003 Pinot Noir, cultivated in the Amity Hills Vineyard located in the celebrated Willamette Valley, is characterized by a deep ruby, almost purple hue. The wine yields aromas of raspberries and black cherries with delicate earthy undertones evocative of fine Burgundies.

Sugarloaf Mountain is known for producing deeply concentrated, full-bodied wines, and our 2003 Syrah is no exception. The deep purple to nearly black hue of this Syrah is indicative of its bold richness in body and flavor.
