Our grapes are grown under the beautiful Texas sky and offer rich full body wines when harvested. Order up a glass, and enjoy it in the wine tasting room. Or enjoy it on the balcony, where cool breezes, and an abundant afternoon sun are a real delight.
We have cheeses, crackers and sandwiches available, as well as some wonderful activities on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So come out, bring a book, sip some fine wine, and enjoy an afternoon of solitude. Call ahead and ask your hosts David or Theresa when their next event will be. They will be glad to help you in everyway. Bring your friends along too, they will thank you for it later!

Directions
From Granbury at 144 and 377, go south on 377 13.7 miles to Bluffdale. Turn right on CR 148 and go 2.5 miles. From Tolar at the intersection of highway 56 and 377, go south on highway 377 6.7 miles, turn right on CR 148. From Stephenville, go North on 377 to Bluffdale, when you cross the railway tracks go 5 tenths of a mile, turn left on CR 148. From Dallas take I-20 west to highway 377. Go south on 377 towards Granbury or approximately 39 miles. Turn right on CR 148. From the north side of Ft.Worth, take the 820 southwest loop to highway 377. Go south on 377 approximately 39 miles. Then turn right on CR 148.

Blanc du Bois
This is the white grape of Texas. It has a pleasant bouquet that prepares the taste senses for a fine wine with enough residual sweetness to compliment the fresh fruitiness of the grape.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The favorite with charcoaled steaks. The soft tannis and underlying oak aging make this wine a delightful companion to the evenings aura. This well balanced wine has hints of currents, leather and essence of berry.

Chardonnay
The favorite of the dry white wines. This is the wine to enjoy when one sits down to relax a few minutes. It is also the must have wine when the dinner consists of shellfish.

Cream Sherry
This is the aperitif of discerning sensory expectations. A Texas Cream Sherry made using the solera system produced over an extended period of several years.

Dulcet
This white wine has just a touch of sweetness to provide a compliment to an afternoon pause or to be enjoyed with seafood or pork. A pairing with turkey and duck has also received tremendous accolades.

When your taste buds call for the sweetest of the whites, this is the one. It has an aromatic bouquet and a lively refreshing touch upon the palette.

Nouveau Jaquet

A wonderful Texas table wine blended for the taste preference of the most discriminating palette and it is best when dinning.....a great compliment to wild game, lamb, and steaks. Enjoy this delicous dry wine while sharing with a friend.

Pinot Noir
This delicate wine is the perfect compliment to pork, wild game, and other lighter meats. A pinoit noir of this character is difficult to find and must be enjoyed while available.

Syrah
This is a wine that can stand alone or enhance your dining pleasures. It is a fine wine with tomato sauce, pastas, cabrito, and lamb. It is a little spicy with light oak undertones. The wine is available in a very limited supply

Vintage Port 2001
The after dinner drink to be consumed in moderation (20% alchohol). It has a wonderful nutty flavor and will warm the whole body with a pleasing after taste.

White Cliff
A fine Texas table wine with an off-dry sense to the palette. A mid day salad is enhanced with the refreshing after taste this wine provides. It is also the perfect compliment to seafood.
