Barbera
One of Italy's finest grapes has taken hold in California and is grown right here at our vineyard in Butte County. Our Barbera has intense berry fruit and black currant characteristics. This is a complex wine with an unusual smoothness. A perfect choice for all dishes yet a wine you can just enjoy on its own.

Cabernet Sauvignon
An outstanding Cabernet with a great nose and soft finish. Full bodied

Chardonnay
This Chardonnay wine is crisp, fruity, and elegant. Crafted in the European style, light in Oak. These premium grapes are grown in the Mendocino area as our climate is too warm to produce premium quality Chardonnay wine.

Merlot
Soft and smooth is the best way to describe this young but very delightful Merlot. The grapes came from a premium vineyard in Mendocino where the climate is perfect for producing ultra-premium Merlot.

Moscato Dolce'
A sweet Port-style wine that has wonderful peach flavors. Great with peaches, strawberries, pineapple and ice cream.

Port Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich, luscious and very smooth fortified wine.

Port Dolcetto
A "Double Gold" medal winner at the 2004 West Coast Wine Competition. Not only did this fabulous wine win a gold medal among "Varietal Ports" but also won "Best of Class".

Port Syrah
The sweetest of our Port-style wines, dark, rich and full-bodied. This Port Syrah is full of berry, currant and a slight hint of chocolate. You must pair this up with Grey Fox Port Wine Chocolate Jerk Nuggets available in our Gift section.

Sangiovese
Grown and produced on our own estate vineyard. This "King-of-Chianti" grape was grown on our vineyard to bring out that authentic Italian style. Crisp and slightly spicy, just the way it should be. This Sangiovese pairs well with pasta, Mexican food and other spicy dishes.

Simpatico
Back by popular demand, our latest release of Simpatico is sure to be a big hit.
Simpatico is a unique Zinfandel based wine that has a slight sweetness similar to White Zinfandel but with all of the color and charachter of a medium bodied red wine.
If your not into heavy red wines or if you simply want a pleasing, easy to drink wine, then Simpatico is the wine for you.

Syrah
We believe the 2003 vintage was an even better year for our Syrah grape. Grey Fox Syrah is full-bodied with intense flavors. It's fruity and very smooth, with a hint of smoke.

A popular Spanish grape grown here in Vina. A smooth, medium-bodied table wine. Distinctive in flavor, hints of smoke.
