My journey with wine began in the 1950’s as a boy helping his uncle make wine in the cellar of his home in New York City. I remember the grapes, the press, the barrels, the aroma and the wine. In our family wine was part of the evening meal, everyday wines to enjoy with food. Fifty years later I still take pleasure in making handcrafted wines for our everyday enjoyment. Using grapes from our vineyard and other Finger Lakes vineyards we make crisp, clean, exciting wines in dry and semi-dry styles that compliment a wide variety of cuisines, “a wine for every meal”.

Directions
From the East: New York State Thruway I90 west to exit 40 Weedsport. At the exit turn right on to Route 34 south and continue to Auburn. Turn right on Route US 20 west. Continue west about 5 miles and turn right onto Fosterville Road. Continue 11/4 miles on Fosterville Road, the CJS Vineyards & Aurelius Winery is on the right hand side of the road. From the West: New York State Thruway I90 east to exit 41 Waterloo. At the exit turn right on to Route 414 south and then turn left on to Route 318 east. Continue to the end and turn left on Route US 20 east. Continue about 5 miles and turn left on Fosterville Road. Continue 11/4 miles on Fosterville Road, the CJS Vineyards & Aurelius Winery is on the right hand side of the road. From the South: Interstate 81 North to exit 15 Lafayette US Route 20. Proceed west on Route 20 (about 29 miles) and turn right onto Fosterville Road. Continue 11/4 miles on Fosterville Road, the CJS Vineyards & Aurelius Winery is on the right hand side of the road. From the North: Interstate 81 South to exit 15 Lafayette US Route 20. Proceed west on Route 20 (about 29 miles) and turn right onto Fosterville Road. Aurelia Red
A smooth dry peppery red wine, made from Baco Noir grapes. Aged in oak barrels for 2 1/2 years. Full bodied wine, enjoy with a big meal!

Cabernet Franc
A young, medium bodied red wine. Aged one and one-half years in oak barrels. Excellent with lamb, beef, salmon or pasta.

Dry Riesling
A world class dry Riesling wine with melon and pear flavors, un-filtered. Serve chilled with salads, chicken or seafood.

Red Table Wine
A hearty dry red wine made from Baco Noir grapes. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Great with grilled entrees or barbecue!

Semi-dry Riesling
A semi-dry classis Riesling with a ripe fruit bouquet, un-filtered. A perfect before dinner wine. Serve chilled with appetizers, cheese and fruit.

Semi-dry Seyval Blanc
A semi-dry wine bursting with the flavor of Seyval Blanc grapes, fruit nose with hints of apple and citrus. Serve chilled. Medal Winner-Finger Lakes International Wine Competition 2005

Seyval Blanc
An exceptionally dry white wine with wonderful fruit/citrus flavor and aroma. Great with roasted chicken or fish, serve chilled.

Villagio Blanco
A bold extra dry, oak- barrel aged white table wine. Excellent with seafood or spicy Asian dishes. Serve chilled.

Winter Rose
A slightly sweeter blush made with Chambourcin grapes. Refreshing, and flavorful, great for picnics and parties. Serve well chilled.
