Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in mostly new French oak mixed with a few older French barrels resulting in a blend which is rich and complex.

Chardonnay
Made in the unique tradition of Burgundy, our Chardonnay is fermented by its natural yeasts in the best French oak barrels, slightly toasted and 100% new. This well-loved wine shows some buttery characters.

Classic Dry Rose
*2004 NYS Fair Wine Competition Winner - Bronze. *2004 New York Wine and Food Classic - Bronze. Made by saignee (bleeding) of our Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon ferments, our rose shows lots of berries and summer fruits. Dry and food-friendly, the mouth is fresh and the finish is long, which makes this wine a perfect hot summer wine, as we like to enjoy it in Provence with grilled fish or rabbit.

Debutante Blush Wine
*2004 NYS Fair Wine Competition Winner - Bronze. The 2003 Debutante Blush is a true 100% Pinot Noir Rose, made by direct pressing of delicate Long Island fruit. If you have a sweet tooth (2.5% residual sugars), enjoy this wine well chilled on a hot summer afternoon!

Dry Riesling
*2004 NYS Fair Wine Competition Winner - Double Gold *2004 International Eastern Wine Competition Winner - Silver. Fermented very dry to accompany the finest foods. Fruity and flowery, this wine is fresh and complex. Its dryness and rich texture should allow a few years of cellaring.

Harvester Sweet White Blend
This wine is a sweet white blend, with 3% residual sugar. Enjoy chilled with a cheese selection, dried fruits and sesame crackers.

Merlot
Our Merlot is a blend of fruit from Seneca Lake and Long Island, where the Merlot usually gets riper than in the Finger Lakes.

Pinot Noir
*2004 NYS Fair Wine Competition Winner - Bronze. This year's Pinot is a very delicate wine, with lots of cherries and red berries character. The color is a translucent red but the length in the mouth is surprisingly long.

Semi-Dry Riesling
*2004 International Eastern Wine Competition Winner - Bronze. Appetizing and slightly sweet, the texture is rich with velvety fruit. The finish is pears and peaches.
