The Alchemist Brewery is our new 15 barrel, small production brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPAs. We are currently focused on brewing one beer perfectly: Heady Topper, our flagship Double IPA.
The Cannery is open daily from 11-7. Swing by and take our self guided tour of the brewery, try a taster of Heady Topper and check out a great selection of Alchemist and hops inspired retail.
