The product of a seasonably mild summer, these grapes ripened with abundant and intense characteristics. Ripe melon and pineapple are forefront in this wine with hints of tropical fruit coming through the nose. Characters of French oak barrel aging are evident. These flavors are soft and rich with hints of green apple and citrus on the palate. This wine is luscious, and has the body and flavor to stand up to rich foods.

Rich and golden in color, this full-bodied Chardonnay delivers tropical aromas and a citrus character on the nose. Slight tart apple and ripe pear flavors emerge on the palate and are accented by barrel aging influences of vanilla and toastiness.

Specializing in Pinot Noir, Laetitia's Limite Pinot Noir was created specifically for resataurants to showcase the outstanding fruit of our Arroyo Grande Estate. Great Pinot Noir requires a special combination of both climatic and soil conditions; our vineyard had low-yielding, rocky volcanic and limestone soils that produce incredible, concentrated fruit. Planted to a focused selection of Pinot Noir clones and rootstockes, this estate grown fruit allows us to create wines of great depth and complexity. Limite is designed to capture the essence of this very special place.

Rich and full flavored teh Laetitia Estate Pinot Blanc displays round melon and pear flavors layered with citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Well-balanced fruit and acidity are underscored by our vineyards distinct minerality character, coupled with well-integrated vanilla and oak, that gives way to a stylish finish.

Elegant and well-balanced, the Estate Pinot Noir shows a concentrated mix of black cherry and plum flavors, layered with rich, dusty earth and leather. The flavor dance continues with blackberry, truffle, and intense floral aromas swirling with a silky, weighty texture of bold berries adn subtle oak on the palate. All flavors move effortlessly into a long, lingering finish.

Dense in color, this wine has a complex nose with flavors of black cherry, violet, cassis, and blueberry notes that are balanced by mocha and mineral undertones on the palate. Multi-layered with dried fruit and toasty oak nuances the 2004 Les Galets presents a thick, weighty body with supple tannins and a candied cherry finish.

Clone 667 was selected because of its robust, plush, dark flavor characteristics. With this in mind, the 2004 Reserve presents an aristocratic style that is rich, smooth, and seamless with aromas of plum, fig, and wet stone, layered with truffles and spicy leather. The wine has excellent length, harmony, and a long finish that rolls along through the palate.

Dark black plum in color, the ecletic nose of this wine is composed of a medley of oak, anise, and bay with underlying aromas of berry and spice. The multi-layered quality of this Syrah results in a pleasing consistency from start to finish. The firm body is meaty with fresh, ripe cherries. The wine is dense with firm tannins on the finish, layered with lingering notes of pepper and spice.

A blending of our three base wines, this Brut Cuvee begins in January following our harvest. Laetitia Chardonnay provides elegant citrus and green apple flavors. Our Pinot Noir exhibits subtle earthy black cherry, red fruit nuances and a kiss of our Pinot Blanc adds soft melon traces which round out the palate. The result is a wine that is perfectly fresh and lively which carries on the tradition of elegance that Laetitia wines are famous for. Enjoy this wine with cheeses, seafood, chicken or white pasta dishes. Enjoy it between courses to freshen the palate and especially enjoy it with friends, anytime.

This refreshing, traditional salmon colored sparkling wine with its floral and strawberry aromas is pleasing to both the eyes and nose. Earthy richness of Pinot Noir marries with hints of soft melon. Undertones of citrus come through on the palate and leave with a clean crisp finish. This wine is perfect as an aperitif to start a holiday feast yet it is rich enough to stand up to grilled fish or white meats.
