  Bloom Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
Our flagship wine from the family rows of Jim and Ranee Bloom’s vineyard in Mendocino County, California. Oak tannins blend with cassis and cherry, chocolate and just a hint of tobacco. This cabernet goes well with cheese, red meat dishes and chocolate desserts. Aged 18 months in French and Hungarian Oak, this cabernet will only get better and better cellared and could be aged for up to 10 years. Bloom Vineyards Family Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has won awards for excellence at local fairs in Western Washington.
  Mélange
A blend of four grapes, this wine exhibits the distinct characteristics of the two main grapes with the peppery Lemberger and hearty Cabernet Sauvignon, both from Eastern Washington. Aged 18 months in oak and blended prior to bottling, this wine should age well and will be at it’s best in 2007. It pairs well with hearty dishes.
  Pinot Gris
Fruit forward with peach and tangerine notes and refreshingly dry, this Willamette Valley grown Pinot Gris is well balanced and quite enjoyable. A good accompaniment to almost any food, especially cheeses, mildly spicy food and chicken dishes.
  Semillon
This dry white wine from the Prosser region of Eastern Washington offers green apple aromas, a hint of tropical fruit and mineral notes and a crisp, clean finish. Half the wine fermented in Hungarian oak for 120 days, then blended with the rest for just the slightest hint of oak. It pairs well with Northwest shellfish.
