Born out of the founder’s quest to honour Alberta’s riches of the land and achieve Canada’s most premium spirits, every small batch from Eau Claire Distillery is hand-crafted for perfection from seed to sip. First Vodka release in Spring 2014. First Gin release in Summer 2014.
