Sagebrush Annie's Sagebrush Annie's is a restaurant which has been in the Hogan Family for over 15 years . It is now a wine tasting room too. The restaurant is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. B.B.Q. steaks, chicken and salmon are the fare. The wine tasting room is open Saturday and Sunday. A special menu to accompany the wine tasting is available. Tasting by appointment during off hours is also possible with prior arrangements. We feature wines made with grapes primarily raised in the Ventucopa area. They are produced by Sagebrush Annie's, Stone Pine Estate, Core, Barnwood and Laetitia vineyards. These wines are available through wine clubs, on site, or by mail order. A broad spectrum of wine choices are offered, most of which are grown within 2 miles of the Sagebrush Annie's facility. Locally grown grape varietals include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Mourvedre, Zinfandel, Grenache, Syrah, Petit Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc. In addition to these wines, Core offers Rhone varietal blends. The Wine Tasting Room also offers Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Champagne-style wines which are produced by Laetitia, the parent company of Barnwood Vineyards. These wines are made from grapes grown on the central coast.

Cold Fermented over 28 Days with Fruit Harvested Late for the Most Flavor the Grapes Can Get.
