Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The continued addition of the fruit from our hillside vineyards is in part responsible for the well integrated increase in aromatics, depth of color and flavor and mid-palate feel in the 2001 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet offers subtle notes of cassis, black cherry, currants and chocolate. It is a richly textured wine with lush, ripe flavors of blackberry, Bing cherry, cassis and raspberry. Slight earthy notes of tobacco and cedar and a subtle framework of oak complete this delicious wine.

Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon
The continued addition of fruit from hillside vineyards and the blending of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot with the Cabernet Sauvignon is responsible for the well integrated flavors, deep color and full mouth feel of the 2003 vintage. The vibrant blueberry qualities of the Petit Verdot marry well with the soft, alluring flavors of Merlot and contribute to the complexity of the masculine, tannic nature of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2003 Cabernet is very rich in texture with opulent flavors, a restrained framework of oak and a lingering finish of subtle earth, cigar tobacco and cedar.

Russian River Valley Chardonnay
The 2003 vintage displays a bright citrus, apple and mineral-driven bouquet with notes of kiwi, honey and subtle toasted oak. On the palate the wine is lively, bright and complex. Flavors include Fuji apple, firm pear and limestone, balanced with creamy texture and undertones of lightly toasted oak.
The crisp acidity and bright character of this gracefully balanced wine contribute to great versatility in food pairing. Enjoy with a variety of dishes or by itself!
