Eleven Winery is a new, small, family-run - did I mention small? - winery dedicated to producing great wine, and to making sure that you have a great time drinking it! Anyone who tells you that wine tasting is serious business or tries to make you feel bad about your level of wine knowledge is just plain missing the point. And we'll be more than happy to straighten them out for you. We'll also be happy to answer all your questions so that you can hold your own in party conversation with the snobbiest wine geek. Our production currently includes Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris (about 500 cases altogether), from some of the best grapes that Washington and Oregon have to offer; in other words - all kidding aside - some of the best grapes in the world. Our winemaking processes are risky, dangerous, and often painful, but the wine is worth it - ok, it's not actually all that risky or dangerous, but it is challenging and exciting, and we're thrilled to be able to share the results with you.

Cabernet Sauvignon
This kinder, gentler Cabernet won't whack you with an oak plank nor rip your mouth out with tannins. Smooth and approachable, its vibrant cherry and berry flavors are supported by harmonic undertones of oak and earth.

This Cabernet/Syrah blend won't whack you with an oak plank nor rip your mouth out with tannins. Smooth and approachable, its vibrant black cherry and cassis flavors are supported by harmonic undertones of oak and earth. Goes great with Italian dishes, especially those with tomato-based sauces!

Pinot Gris Port, Oregon
Light and fruity, our white port is a wonderful change of pace from heavier red ports. The typical flavors of Pinot Gris shine in a new light when joined by some additional sweetness. It goes wonderfully with creamy desserts that might be overwhelmed by a late harvest or ice wine.

Pinot Gris, Oregon
No watery guzzler, this - our Pinot Gris packs loads of varietal character and a finish longer than a Grateful Dead encore jam. It has super ripe pear, tropical fruit and melon on the nose, and in the mouth it's more rich pear and melon, with just a hint of vanilla sweetness.

Port, Cabernet Sauvignon
This remarkably smooth Port has a best friend: Chocolate. Together the two make a dark, rich, irresistble pair. Not too sweet and not too heavy, it's smooth and rich - and yummy.

Sauvignon Blanc, Artz Vineyard / Red Mountain
Sauvignon Blanc the way it should be: crisp, clean and refreshing, with a clean, dry finish - like linen sheets from your favorite fluff-n-fold. With melon and citrus on the nose, it's a mouthful of crisp apple and citrus, with mineral and herb undertones.

Syrah
Our Syrah will convert you to the Dark Side with its layers of blackberry , chocolate, earth and spice. It has enough character to go well with food, but won't dominate dinner conversation with boring stories about new barrels.
