Wedding Oak Winery at Burnet
Wine is about the shared pleasures of life — slowing down long enough to appreciate the blessings of the land while enjoying local food and wine with friends, family and community. That’s where we began.
We take our inspiration and name from the majestic, 400 year-old oak tree, known as the Wedding Oak Tree, which grows about 2.5 miles northwest from the winery. The stately tree has been the symbolic site of numerous ceremonies and weddings, beginning with Native Americans on to early settlers and continuing to this day. It reminds us of the importance of nature, the importance of place and the importance of celebrating relationships.

Autumn Gold
A semi-sweet wine made with wild Persimmons from Cooke County, Texas. Fruit-forward and very pleasant.
Blackberry
This small, hand-crafted batch of sweet wine was made from local Blackberries
picked in the summer of 2007. Sweet, yet retains the tartness of the fruit. Rich and delicious, this wine can especially
be enjoyed after dinner with dessert. Or, better still, use it to make a decadent dessert to serve your special guests. This one won’t last long!

Blanc Du Bois
Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Texas Cabernet has aromas of cherry and coffee and provides a light, tart finish.
Gold Velvet
A sweet wine made from Oriental Persimmons
from Montague and Cooke Counties, Texas. A delicate gold wine, perfect for after dinner with dessert. Try it with Angel Food Cake or Creme Brulee.

Weinhof Winery’s full-bodied, sweet red wine will be released in April in honor of Montague County’s Sesquicentennial Celebration! More to come on this!

wine is smooth and delightful.
Riesling - Semi-Sweet
Pour a glass of this crisp wine and you will be greeted with aromas of peach, green apple and lemon. This not-too-tart wine has a slight hint of sweetness and settles in the mouth like a spoonful of lemon pudding. You gotta try it!
Riesling - Sweet
For those of you who prefer a sweeter wine, we’ve taken our base Riesling and sweetened it up for you! This will be a Summer favorite.
