At one time or another, all we wine lovers have stared longingly into a hypnotic, deep red and dreamed of growing a fine vineyard. How, we wonder, does a great wine come to be? Seeking the answer led my family to a great life's adventure in a little pocket of paradise. We invite you to begin your search with a leisurely trip to our home in the Niagara Peninsula.
The journey will let you explore and discover the hidden delights of the Beamsville Bench, legendary wine country. With a little patience and sharp eyes, you'll eventually spot a winding lane that ambles through a vineyard to a welcoming glass and cedar structure - the fledgling Fielding Estate Winery.
Here, our family is engaged in an ancient alchemy. With the skills of a master vintner, the mystic power of the sun, the finest soil a grape has ever known and the grace of the pagan gods, we plan to concoct exquisite elixirs. Come, hear our story, share our dreams, and witness the birth of a winery.

Cabernet Franc -
Delicious notes of dark ripe berry fruits, subtle hints of vanilla, chocolate and leather. This full-bodied Cabernet Franc has lovely tannins and a long fruit-forward finish. Great for enjoying now or ageing in your cellar.

Cabernet Merlot Reserve -
Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 46%, Cabernet Franc 14% ~ jam-like inviting aroma of red berries, flavours of dark chocolate, spices, strawberry and cherry, a rich earthiness and an incredible bouquet from French oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve -
~ rich and jammy with aromas of black currant and plums, leather, delicious flavours of ripe fruits, dark chocolate, & coffee with a long finish of dark chocolate.

Chardonnay (unoaked) -
This unoaked chardonnay was fermented only in stainless steel tanks, giving it notes of golden delicious apples, pears & spices. This is a serious Chardonnay! Medium body with a long spicy finish - Great food wine! Sugar Code (0)

Meritage Reserve -
50% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc ~ intense flavor profile with a berry laced core of ripe fruit, blackberry, black and red currant, cassis and plum, chocolate, dark cherries, with notes of cedar, & mint.

Merlot Reserve -
~ aromas of currant, raspberry and cherries, lovely spiciness of cloves, mint and cedar round out this plump wine. The palate is full of fruit, rich earth and a dark roasted coffee finish.
