Welcome to Wyoming's first Vineyard and Winery Operation. Established in 2001, the Zimmerer family has expanded its vineyard operation to 8,000 cold-hardy wine grapes. The grapes are tolerant to the extreme growing conditions Wyoming dishes out. From extreme cold, bitter winters to hot and dry summers, the vines have taken root in Wyoming. The winery was established in 2004 and is an agricultural destination. It offers vineyard/winery tours, private tastings, and can host small gathering and groups. The winery produces hand crafted wines from 100% Wyoming grapes, raspberries, honey and agricultural products.
The wines are full of "Wyoming Character" and reflect Wyoming's climate and growing conditions in every sip. Our wines reflect our history and family's commitment to Wyoming Agriculture. We invite you to learn about the ever growing wine experience and experience Wyoming wine!

From Cheyenne to Huntley - After driving to Huntley, follow the map below and drive on Highway 92 as listed in the Torrington, WY directions. From Torrington, WY - Take Highway 92 towards Lyman, Nebraska. Turn Right on Road 61 and drive for 1 Mile and Turn Right at Road 48; Drive 1/2 Mile to the
Winery/Vineyards (Tan and Brown House) on your left. From Lyman, Ne - Drive 1 1/2 Miles West on Highway 92, Turn left on Road 61 and drive for 1 Mile and Turn Right at Road 48; Drive 1/2 Mile to the Winery/Vineyards (Tan and Brown House) on your left.

Cowboy Reserve
This is our first wine made out of grapes grown right here in Wyoming! This is a light bodied red table wine hand
made from Foche grapes. With smokey aromas and an earthy taste, it goes perfect with Wyoming beef. It is best enjoyed with good friends & family!

Raz Dry Dessert Wine
Each bottle has over 3 lbs of WY raspberries and is made like a dry red wine, but is meant to be used as a dessert. This wine has to be experienced to be appreciated. Try the wine once on its own and then again with chocolate or cheesecake. The wine is perfect with dessert or as a dessert.

Sweet Bee - Honey Wine with Cinnamon
Honey Wine is in a class all its own, often referred to as Mead, this wine is full of honey aroma and cinnamon flavors. The honey is produced from Goshen County honey and packs a Wyoming kick. Try it with a salty cheese or as an after dinner dessert.
