Winchester Ciderworks We produce handcrafted Hard Cider from apples predominantly grown in the Shenandoah Valley. Each batch we make is dependent upon Mother Nature and not made from apple concentrate. The care we take in the making of our hard ciders are apparent to those who drink them.??
