We are a pack of professional beer enthusiasts obsessed with spontaneous fermentations and the magical way beer can showcase hyperlocal flavors. In our "real lives", the good looking bloke in the center daylights as a lawyer while the brains of our operation spends most of her time managing the taproom alongside the Andy Samberg doppelgänger/head brewer at Odd13 Brewing. In the coming months, we are excited to share our story, the beers we blend, and a bit about the friends who have made this adventure possible!
