Brewer, Rick Kane has been brewing beer since the early 90's. After brewing so long he decided to go to school and get a degree in Beer Engineering, which fit perfectly with his science teaching credential. His plan is to have 8-12 beers on tap, along with a couple of local guest taps.
The restaurant will feature Mazatlan style mexican food with one of his partner, Martin Escobosa, designing and leading the kitchen team. There will be appetizers that pair perfectly with beer, along with some sandwich and salad options.
