Seufert Winery

|
Seufert Winery is a very small producer – miniscule on the global scale. This allows us to hand craft each and every bottle of wine. We view this small scale as an advantage; it allows us to do things larger producers can’t. Our goal is to produce unique Pinot noir from each Northern Willamette Valley AVA – wines that bring these geographic differences to life. Current Willamette Valley sub-
AVA's include: Ribbon Ridge, Yamhill-Carlton District, Dundee Hills, and McMinnville. 2006 takes a big step closer to this goal as we our sourcing fruit from 5 vineyards. We’ll process these grapes separately and evaluate how well each wine represents the source AVA. Good matches will be bottled as single vineyard/AVA designated wines. When
you stop in to taste our wine, you can take a tour of some of the world’s best Pinot noir growing regions.
