Villa Creek Winery
|
|
Villa Creek Cellars is a small family winery specializing in blends of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Tempranillo. Cris and JoAnn Cherry started Villa Creek Cellars in 2001, with the intention of creating a house wine for Villa Creek restaurant. With kids Camille and Henri in tow, the Cherry's walked their first vineyards on the westside of Paso Robles and knew they had discovered a new passion in winemaking. The walnuts that currently dot the family's 70 acre Maha estate are slowly being removed and will someday house 10-20 acres of vineyard. 2006 will mark the inaguaral crush in a 3000 sq. ft. wine making facility recently completed on the estate.
