Middle Ages Brewing Company is the only full production brewery in Syracuse and has been owned and operated locally for 18 years. We brew some of the locals' favorite brews like Syracuse Pale Ale, Impaled Ale, Wailing Wench, Swallow Wit, and Dinosaur BBQ's House Beer - Ape Hanger Ale. We are inspired by the British Brewing tradition and all of our ales are handcrafted using only the finest ingredients including malt imported directly from England. Our beer is distributed regionally but is most often consumed in Syracuse and throughout upstate New York. You are welcome to come try our beer in the gift shop (open 11:30 - 6:00 weekdays, 11:30 to 5:00 Saturday and 12:00 to 5:00 Sundays) where we have a variety of merchandise and will happily fill growlers with one of up to the eleven beers we have on tap.
