Rich and Tara Nimmo began making wine at Rich's uncle's winery in Western Pennsylvania. Their hobby evolved in their wine cellar, as they experimented and perfected the blends that they had grown to love. It has long been their dream to capture all that they love about Saratoga, The Adirondacks, and wine itself. When you visit The Saratoga Winery, it's easy to see how their dream has come to life. Your experience at The Saratoga Winery & Tasting Room will be just that, an experience. Come enjoy a wide variety of exceptional wines at our Adirondack style wine bar in Saratoga Springs, New York. From the South:
Take I-87 North/NY to Saratoga Springs EXIT 13N. Merge onto Rt. 9 towards Saratoga Springs. Continue to follow US-9 for (4.6 miles). Turn left at Starbucks onto NY-29/Washington St. Continue to follow NY-29 (3.6 miles) to 462 Rt. 29, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The winery is located on the left. From The North: Take I-87 South/NY to Saratoga Springs Exit 15. Keep right at fork. Merge onto Rt. 50 South towards Saratoga Springs (1.7 miles). Continue on Rt. 50 South/Broadway to Rt 29. (0.4 miles). Turn right at Starbucks onto NY-29/Washington St. Continue to follow NY-29(3.6 miles) to 462 Rt. 29, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The winery is located on the left. From the West: Take I-90 New York State Thruway toward Albany/Buffalo to EXIT 27. Pay toll then merge right onto NY Rt. 30 Continue to follow NY Rt. 30 until you reach NY-29 on your right. Follow NY-29 to 462 Rt. 29 Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The winery is located on the right.

Hillbilly Mountain Mash
One of our signature style, all natural Melomel wines. Made with 12% local honey using no preservatives, additives or added sulfites and fermented in a Kentucky bourbon barrel. Made from a mix of our red Melomel Mash. The bottom of the barrel, or what we call the good stuff!

Saratoga White
A very nice blend of white grapes, primarily Cayuga, offering a semi dry, even bodied, fruit forward berry flavor. Great with roast chicken, fish or pasta dishes with a light cream sauce.

Steeplechase
A smooth, medium bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Rougeon and Lemberger is married together with characters of black pepper and tones of pomegranate. Aromas of black cherry compliment the lively blend that dances on your tongue and leaves with a smooth, slightly oak finish.
