Draper Brewing

Draper Brewing was founded in 2010 and is located in rural Tenmile, Oregon with apples, pears, and plums grown on site. Draper beers are brewed in 7 barrel batches by Owner & Brewer, Sam Draper Eslinger.
All beers are fermented in open primary fermentation, with secondary fermentation taking place in closed conditioning tanks. All brews are made using old world techniques, such as top cropping yeast and extended conditioning times rather than filtering. No artificial flavorings or extracts are used in the brewing process. All packaged Draper products are bottle conditioned, resulting in natural carbonation.
Draper regularly releases wine barrel aged products, fermented with local fruit. The fruits come from a variety of orchards located in the Umpqua Valley; including some from the Draper Estate. These specialty beers are sourced from two different barrel-aging rooms; one of which featuring mixed fermentations, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, and Brettanomyces. These beers are available on-draft at the tasting room, and in bottles from select retailers.
The tasting room is located in Downtown Roseburg, in a historic building at 640 SE Jackson St (see contact us page for more info). Featuring Draper bottled and draft products, guest taps, domestic and import bottles, ciders, meads, sake, and local wines.
