Halcyon is a state of being, the start of a folktale about a bird who calms the wind and seas, an intention of the future. Like our name, we believe in the good times to come! We know that breweries are part of a community’s culture, fabric, and congregational nature almost inherently. Beer has been here for thousands of years and at its heart it's an agricultural ode to places and times. It shows us how gorgeous our earth can be and what the fruits of the land can bear us in the form of a bready fermented liquid.
We believe that craft beer can be for everyone (21 and over, come on y’all!). We’re committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, producing beers and food pairings that deepen and expand the craft beer community.
