Our second vintage of the Griffin Creek Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted from the first ever northwest planting of clones 13, 15 Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A power packed yet silky fusion of chocolate and black cherries. Huge, warm, sweet and forward aromas of bittersweet chocolate, black cherries, cedar, spices and eucalyptus offset with a slight and appropriate hint of herbs and green olive. Big and sweet flavors mirror the aromas with brown sugar, graham cracker, spices and sweet ripe tannins. Soft, warm, rich and ripe mouth-feel with long, juicy, lingering flavors of cinnamon, clove and blackberries.

Light Golden in color. Rich and sweet toasty aromas of cream, barrel toast and spices, well integrated with pear and apple fruit aromas. Rich ripe impression with well integrated barrel flavors of nutmeg and clove with yeast lees and mineral, vanilla, clove and nutmeg barrel characters. Full bodied filling the mouth from beginning to end with good acidity striking an elegant but rich balance.

Power packed, yet elegant. Huge, warm, sweet and forward aromas of black currant, boysenberry, brown sugar, molasses and caramel. Sweet, ripe and full flavors of chocolate, berries, graham cracker, barrel spices and hints of herbs. The mouth is full-bodied, big and rich, with a warm mouth-coating feel and long juicy blackberry and spice finish.

An exotic, forwad and uniquily styled wine. Vibrant and distinctive aromas are characteristic of the terroir. Smoke molassaes, black currant, brown sugar and carmel aromas dominate with a hint of black pepper. Sweet, ripe and full flavors mirror the mouth, with added barrel spice, herbs, strawberry and black pepper components of the Syrah. The mout is full-bodied, big rich, soft and round with a mouth-coating feel and long, juicy, spicy finish.

Vibrant and sweet aromas of pears, melon, mango, vanilla cream, and flowers. Sweet ripe impression, with flavors that mirror the aromas. The mouthfeel is rich and full in body, well balanced by a flinty acidity, delivering both power and elegance. The finish is long, fresh and clean, with lingering mineral, pear and nutty-cream flavors.

A feminine, soft and delicately structured wine. Vibrant aromas of spices, orange peel, roses and cherries. Ripe and juicy flavors of cinnamon, spices, cherries, rose and orange rind. The mouthfeel is soft, with a warm-sweet impression. The finish is long with spices and well-integrated soft, silky and sweet tannins.

Sweet, warm and forward aromas of loganberries, black cherries, strawberries, anise, brown sugar and freshly crushed white pepper. Sweet, ripe flavors of spice, pepper, cinnamon, clove, berries, graham cracker and caramel. The mouth is medium bodied with a warm mouth-coating feel with a lingering and long berry/butter finish.

Vibrant and explosive sweet aromas of orange blossoms, honey, star fruit, melon, and mango. Sweet ripe impression with flavors of melon, honey, citrus, peach, mango, and mineral.
