Ruby red with violet hues, this full-bodied red has aromas of red fruits with bacon and cedar undertones. Firm tannins balance raspberry fruit and oak flavor. May be laid down for up to 5 years, but can be enjoyed young as well. .

This special red wine was produced in a small quantity. After harvesting, the alcoholic fermentation was made in bins and aged for six to eight months in neutral barrels that give the wine more structure but minimal oak flavor. The nose is very fruity and fresh with blackcurrant, blueberry and blackberry notes. In mouth, the structure is very pleasant with an explosion of red fruits aromas.

Matured for 18 months in new French Oak barrels, this full-bodied, highly-extracted wine exhibits aromas of cedar and black cherry with flavors of cassis with earthy notes. The tannins are firm and muscular, insuring this wine will age well over the next 8-10 years.

Made in the French style, this elegant Viognier is lean and earthy with traditional aromas of apricot and peach and a touch of oak. This medium weight wine pairs well with a variety of seafood and shellfish.

This off dry style Viognier was fermented in stainless steel and aged "sur lies" to provide a richer, creamier palate. An inviting floral nose leads the way to dried pineapple and tropical fruit flavors with peach and apricot undertones. A refreshing summer wine.

This late-harvest, dessert style white wine is made of 100% Viognier. Pressed while still frozen, these grapes yield a sweet and concentrated juice that becomes an ambrosia-like nectar after oak fermentation and aging for 20 months. Aromas of peach are complemented by tropical fruit and honey flavors and the rich and luscious texture is balanced by good acidity. Delightful on its own or paired with a cheese plate or a light berry dessert.

Dark and inky with aromas of violets and black cherry, this 100% Norton has a fresh palate with good acidity, complemented by integrated tannins and flavors of raspberries, dark fruits, and coffee.

Aged one year in oak, this red blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat and Touriga has an abundance of plum and raspberry on the nose and a touch of spice on the palate.

This dry Rosé is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Syrah and Touriga. Fermenting in neutral barrels allowed the winemaker to bring maximum structure with minimal oak flavor to this refreshing blend. Predominantly stainless steel aging encouraged the fruit forward characteristics, such as raspberry and strawberry, to remain fresh and balanced with the acidity.

This wine exhibits a peppery nose with a hint of toast. With concentrated black cherry and raspberry flavors on the pallet and good firm tannins, this wine is reminiscent of the old world style. This is a soft and well-rounded wine with hints of spice and a very balanced finish.

To create this red wine, we took the best grape from the vineyard. Due to a small quantity of grapes, the alcoholic fermentation was made in big bins. We aged the wine for six months in news and old barrels. The nose is very fruity with red fruits notes, raspberry and strawberry. The mouthfeel is very nice with spicy aroma of pepper, cloves. Balanced tannins give a very good structure that will be appreciate for all meals.

This unique blend of Touriga, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Norton was aged in French and American oak barrels for sixteen months. This well-balanced wine has soft, velvety red fruit and sufficient tannins and structure to age further.

This noble white Spanish grape yields a dry wine with aromas of grapefruit, grass, lemon zest and green apples, while the palate offers green melon and granny smith apples with subtle hints of passion fruit, making this wine perfect for the warm summer months. A wine designed for early drinking, great on its own or with a variety of light dishes. May be laid down for up to one year but good right away.

This dry styled Viognier has aromas of peach and apricot with underlying floral tones. The palate is rich and weighty, with subtle oaky vanilla undertones from the barrel aging. This complex wine will mature over the next few years.
