e hope you’ll fall in love with one of our beers. When you do, we’re going to take it away. Seriously. Here’s why. Our plan for our first few years is to move swiftly through dozens and dozens of beers across a range of styles. That’s because we don’t want to stuff “our IPA” down your throat. Instead, we’ll make several--all of them good, we promise--and the best of them will return. Our approach to beer comes down to the fact that, more often than not, we like to try something new. Even if there’s a beloved standby on a beer list, we’re going for the unknown. So that’s the kind of experience we want people to have with our beer--always something new. And when an old favorite shows up every now and then, we hope you’ll be all the happier to have it again.
