Northern Cross Vineyard

Our tasting room is a warm space where you, our guest, can choose your experience – taste, tour, picnic, enjoy the free Wi-Fi or simply hit the pause button. We offer a relaxed, seated tasting experience, so please take your time! We love to share our insight and knowledge about making wine, but we will never bore you with rambling wine descriptions. What you sense during a wine tasting belongs to you. We believe that you are perfectly capable of evaluating a wine for yourself and choosing what you would prefer to drink. At Northern Cross, a wine tasting is your experience, so embrace it! To further enhance your time with us, we have curated the area’s finest original artwork by local artists, to view and purchase during tasting room hours. Our artists host gallery talks in our tasting room and offer classes in the summer.
In a busy world where everything is rushed and fast-paced, Northern Cross Vineyard is a retreat where new wine traditions begin and a way of life is celebrated. We invite you to stop by and begin a long friendship with us through the craft of winemaking.

2002 Doc's Own
A pink and perky somewhat sweet wine similar to a California white Zinfandel.
|
2002 Seyval Blanc
A magnificent, dry white wine with a clean taste, lovely overtones and a solid finish. With aging it acquires complexity and a most pleasant bouquet. Chardonnay drinkers are impressed by its refreshing difference.
|
2002 Sweet Red
A sweet red wine for those who like sweet wine. It was made from a blend of our Foch, de Chaunac and Chancellor. Some people like it as a dessert wine.
|
Merlot
A dry red wine made from Long Island grapes. We chose this wine to replace our Reserve Red, for we ran out of it.
