From all points: Follow the QEW toward St. Catharines. Exit at 7th Street. Go South (away from the lake) to second stop sign. (Regional Rd.#81 / Hwy #8). Turn left on #81. Follow until you reach 5th Street & turn right. Follow 5th Street to 8th Avenue & turn right onto 8th.

Cabernet Franc Icewine VQA

Chardonnay Icewine VQA
Our first edition of this dessert wine is quite unique with the slightest hint of those qualities and flavours displayed in our unoaked Chardonnay. Not a cloyingly sweet Icewine at all! This wine has a bracing acidity that nicely balances the residual sugar and acts to cleanse the palate between sips. Flavours and aromas of peach, tart apple and honey make this a truly memorable dessert wine. Serve lightly chilled, on it’s own after desserts such as rich cakes or pecan pies.

Pinot Gris Icewine VQA
An incredible wine – the experience of which starts with the aromas and bouquet evident when the glass is gently swirled. Intense floral notes assault the nose whilst on the palate there are long, lingering flavours of light spice, honey, flowers and hints of apricot all dancing together.

Vidal Icewine VQA
Harvested during the depth of the winter of 2002, one of the coldest on record, our Vidal Icewine has the classic aromas and flavours of peach, lychee fruit and a distinct note of honey on the nose. A golden amber colour is as much of a treat for the eye as the wine is for the palate. Best served lightly chilled on it’s own in a Riedel Icewine glass. This wine can also be used in sauces, toppings or paired with light cakes.
