Barbera
2004 Barbera is a wine with bright fruit & lively acidity. 9% Cabernet Franc was blended in the add extra fruity characteristics, and 8% Tempranillo was added to give this wine depth of tannins & earthiness. Look for notes of strawberry & wild cherry, backed be a smokey nose.

Cabernet Franc
A nice blend of fruity and earthy characteristics. Candied apple and Bing Cherry on the nose with mushroom and sage undertones. This wine has bright acidity, balanced tannins and a smooth finish. Drink this wine with dinner tonight!

Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in French oak barrels for 14 months and another 4 months in stainless steel tanks. It begins with sweet rosemary & violets on the nose. The flavor of dried red curents fills the pallet along with its velvety texture. The delicacy of its long smooth finish makes this wine lovely on its own or with food.

Chardonnay
Is unoaked, aged for 12 months in stainless steel barrels, then bottled and allowed to sit for 4 months. It exhibit's the perfect example of varietal character. Tastes of pink grapefruit and pear. It enlivens your palate and finishes crisp and delicate. This wine is great at any time of the day.

Dolcetto
Our most fruit forward wine displays notes of strawberry, cranberry, apricot & cherry. On the palate it reveals hints of anise, mint & vanilla with a subtle cocoa finish.

Merlot
Spent 14 months in French Oak barrels before bottling. The bold wine jumps right out of the glass with ripe plum and blackberry, backed up by hints of almond, cacao, & chili powder. It hangs in the mid-palate for over 60 seconds. This wine goes great with most meals. You will want to order this one while it is still available.

Merlot
Medium Body, notes of mulberry, coffee bean and ripe red berry, slightly spicy with a liht leather scent. Light touch of eucalyptus and nice varietal character. a well-balanced wine that goes great with food. Excellent wine for cellaring.

Pinot Noir Reserve
Medium body. Aged an additional 8 months in French oak. A delicate blend of fresh strawberry and ripe cranberry, subtle vanilla, and complex tannins with a smokey finish.

Refosco
Notes of lilac and melon attack the nose, while blackberry and toasted nuts dominate the flavor. With a backbone of silky tannins, this wine is smooth from beginning to end. This wine would be delightful un any season.

Syrah
This Wine has rich tannins, supple cherry and fig flavors with liverly acidity. The sophisticated finish shows maple and smoke with a constant undertone of spice.
