Knucklehead's primary focus is ale-style beers. All of our beers are conditioned in brite tanks for up to one week after fermentation. During this process the beer is carbonated and the flavors mature. We will be initially offering our six flagship beers along with two beers rotating seasonally. Limited release ales will also be offered at a premium price with additional "special" ingredients and/or aged in oak casks.
