Sugarbush Vineyards

Sugarbush Vineyards This young couple, Robert and Sally Peck, married in 1997 and have a young daughter, Brynn, and a young son, Rhys, and decided to go after their dream of owning a winery. They purchased a nineteen hectares farm and began planting vines in 2002. Of the nineteen hectares 4 are currently producting Chardonnay,Gewurztraminer,Riesling,Pinot Noir and Gamay. Wine sales are expected to begin in the spring of 2007.

Directions
Directions from the west of Prince Edward County (e.g. Toronto): From the west, the best exit from the 401 is exit 522 (Wooler Road), which will allow you to bypass Trenton. Head south on Wooler Road until it ends at Hwy 33. Continue south (right) on Hwy 33. Just past Consecon turn east (left) onto County Road 1 (a.k.a. Scoharie Road). At the junction of County Roads 1 and 2 (a four way stop), turn south (right) onto County Road 2. Wilson Road is approximately 2 km south of this junction. Turn left onto Wilson Road. Directions from the east of Prince Edward County (e.g. Kingston): From the east, you can exit the 401 at either of the Belleville exits (544 or 543). Make your way through Belleville to Hwy 62. You must pass over the bay bridge which is off of Hwy 2 (Dundas Street). The quickest route from Belleville, is to turn from Hwy 62 onto County Road 2 (right) at the top of the hill in Mountain View. Follow County Road 2 south. Continue straight at the County Road 1 and 2 junction (a four way stop). Wilson Road is approximately 2 km south of this junction. Turn left onto Wilson Road.
