Koko's Bavarian is a German Texan brewery and biergarten in the Govalle neighborhood of Austin's East Side. Named for partner Konstantin Prinze von Bayern (aka Koko) the Prince of Bavaria (yes, the actual Prince), Koko's is an oasis of beer and brats housed in an old warehouse building and featuring a 400-seat outdoor biergarten. Our brewmaster Katie Lowe brews our own German-style pilsner, lager, helles, hefeweizen, bock, dunkel, IPA and more in our onsite brewery. Celebrating the historical German culture of Central Texas, the menu features Bavarian specialties like house made sausages and schnitzels, as well as Belgian-style fries. Koko's is dog and family friends and features vegan & gluten free options. Prost!
