Casa Vieja Brewery is committed to making small batches of quality, craft beer. We have a 4 bbl/190 gallon system at our Corrales location and make hefeweizen, red ale, brown ale, sours, lager, IPA and stouts on site. Our drink menu offerings change seasonally and are based on availability. We are a NM Licensed small brewer. We donate all of the spent grain from the brewing process to a piggery in Belen as part of our continued efforts to support local and protect the environment.
