  Cabernet Etrusco
It was the Etruscans who first farmed Sangiovese in the rustic foothills of what is now called Tuscany. As the Martin Brothers are among the very first American wine producers to release striking “super Tuscan blends,” we have commemorated this Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese blend as Cabernet Etrusco. The chimera, the mythical figure of Roman legend, is revealed on this label as a symbol of the combination of many parts. Paso Robles is rapidly gaining a reputation for producing stellar Cabernet Sauvignon, which contributes 85% of this blend. The Martin Brothers Winery Cabernet provides breadth and classic flavors. Five clones of Sangiovese, also from Martin Brothers, comprise 15% of the Cabernet Etrusco and lift the wine with bright flavors, layered complexity, and velvety texture.
  Dante Dusi Zinfandel Reserve
The Dante Dusi Vineyard produces big, spicy, full-flavored Zinfandeles highly sought after throughout California. Planted in 1946, this vineyard is located southwest of Paso Robles in the rolling foothills of the Santa Lucia mountain range. The Dusi family, an important player within the wine industry, grows some of the finest Zinfandel grapes in California. Via trucks and tankers, they haul grapes and juice throughout the Central Coast. We are pleased to be among the select few wineries that recieve their grapes. Dry farmed and head pruned without trellises, producing a very low yeild of highly concentrated fruit, this delightful selection is full of cherry and raspberry fruit and spice. Martin & Weyrich's Reserve Dante Dusi Zinfandel complements wild game and red meats, along with all spicy fare.
  Edna Valley Chardonnay
This wine marks the return of Martin & Weyrich to producing wines from the famed Edna Valley appellation. The winery was one of the pioneers in Edna Valley in the early 1980's with its small production of gold medal winning Chardonnays. This Burgundian-styled Chardonnay was hand harvested at full maturity from the Edna Ranch Vineyard. The fruit was whole cluster pressed then barrel fermented and sur lies aged in new and used French oak barriques for fifteen months before bottling. The aromas and flavors of tropical fruits, and toasted oak will pair well with most rich cream sauces, seafood and poultry dishes.
  Edna Valley Chardonnay Reserve
Aged in 60% new French oak barrels for 10 months before bottling. Rich and creamy with aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, melon and passion fruit.
  Hidden Valley Chardonnay
This dry farmed Chardonnay comes from the west side of Paso Robles near the Templeton gap. It is our successor to the "Chardonnay in Botti." Because the fruit from Hidden Valley was so fresh and opulent we decided to produce this vineyard designated wine. The grapes were hand harvested, whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented in a combination of new and used French oak and Italian chesnut bariques. This lighter styled Chardonnay with aromas and flavors of citrus and tropical fruits and toasted nuts will complement simple salads, and lightly spiced seafood and poultry dishes.
  Huerhuero Creek Chardonnay
Our unwooded Chardonnay is made from grapes grown at our winery's Huerhuero Creek Vineyard. Fresh and flavorful.
  Insieme
A seamless blend of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Barbara. Insieme is a new world blend of old world grapes grown in California. The wine has a spicy, peppery aroma with berry and cherry fruit overtones and the mouth is full and rich with a good acid backbone. Insieme goes “together” to create a “seamless” pairing with rich spicy foods and tomato based sauces along with smoked or grilled meats.
  Moscato Allegro
This charming Muscat Canelli based quaffer is low in alcohol but high in drinkability, verve and freshness. Moscato Allegro is one of the most popular wines from Martin & Weyrich Winery. Produced from the Muscat Canelli grape, Moscato Allegro is made in the stye of Moscato d’Asti of Northern Italy. The wine is very fresh and fruity, spicy and crisp. The aromas are of orange blossom and honeyed apricot, peach and nectarine. The wine is very elegant and doubles as a delicious aperitif or dessert wine. The distinctive Moscato Allegro bottle is the traditional Renna Punto of Moscato d’ Asti, imported from Italy
  Nebbiolo
Northern Italy’s signature grape. Aromas of tobacco leaf, cherry, slight tar and cedar from 12 months of French oak aging. Stylistically, Martin Brothers Nebbiolo captures the intrinsic flavors of Italy - cherry, roses, spice, tar and truffles, combined with our own ripe, forward fruit components that have put California wines in the forefront of wine consumption. Martin Brothers Nebbiolo is a great accompaniment to spicy full flavored dishes as well as smoked meats, tomato based sauces and all game.
  Nebbiolo Vecchio Reserve
The first barrel-aged Nebbiolo in the U.S. Our Nebbiolo Vecchio is aged in predominantly French oak barrels for more than 18 months. Offering cedar, cherry, leather, spice and tobacco nuances. Limited to less than 500 cases.
  Pinot Grigio
Made in a fresh, extremely drinkable style smelling of lemons, figs, and pears. This wine has effusiveness and delicate compatibility with all types of food.
  Sangiovese Il Palio
Rich in fruit and varietal character with scents of cherry, cranberry and cinnamon. Well balanced with smooth tannins and a delicious finish.
  Viognier Napa Valley
One of the rarest noble grape varieties in the world. Aromas of honeysuckle, peach and apricots.
  Zinfandel La Primitiva
Zinfandel has its ancestral roots in the Italian variety Primitivo, or so it is alleged. The rugged vineyards that comprise Martin & Weyrich red Zinfandel produce a zesty wine offering brambly, aromatic, fresh berry-like components in an elegant framework. Not tannic, this style of Zinfandel pares very well with grilled foods, fowl, bar-b-que, Pizza, light pasta dishes including Lasagna and Spaghetti.
