Et Fille Wines

Et Fille Wines Et Fille Wines is a small, family-run, Oregon winery specializing in pinot noir. Et Fille, which means "and daughter", honors the hand-in-hand, father and daughter team that makes these wines.   Kalita Vineyard Pinot Noir
Our 2004 Kalita is pure Angelina Jolie - what you see is what you get - and you see the sexy, attention-grabbing, spotlight-stealing power right up front. It has a dark red color and a dynamic nose that starts grassy and woody with a hint of barnyard but yields over time to sweet black cherry and chocolate. The sweet plum palate is layered with hints of tobacco, coffee, and cola. The firm tannin structure of this wine, combined with its alcohol content, would allow it to be paired either with heavy meat or simply with appetizers.
  Palmer Creek Vineyards Pinot Noir
Our 2004 Palmer Creek has the elegance-with-attitude of Audrey Hepburn's Holly Golightly in "Breakfast at Tiffany's". It has a claret color and delicate nose of raspberry that opens to floral notes and finishes with cedar . Its red fruit palate starts with strawberry but yields to a hint of chocolate. The silky mouthfeel leads to a long and even finish. The acidity will complement meals of game, poultry, and mushrooms. This is one that could be held for a few years.
  Seven Springs Pinot Noir
Our 2004 Seven Springs is once again graceful and refined, bringing to mind a night at the symphony in a black spaghetti-strapped evening gown. It has a ruby color and a complex nose of rose and plum that are accented by a hint of earthy tobacco. The balanced flavors begin with rose and violet but, with time, are highlighted by coffee and cola. The velvety mouthfeel would best be enjoyed when you have the time to appreciate its dynamic complexity while lingering over a fine dinner. This is a wine that would best be held for years and memories to come.
