Minturn Cellars is a quaint Europeanesque winery located in the historic railroad town of Minturn. Minturn is located between Vail and Beaver Creek resorts and is a 5-10 minute drive from both. We are just to the right of Chili Willy’s which is directly ahead of you as you enter downtown Minturn. Minturn Cellars is owned by Taffy and Bruce McLaughlin and is located in the McLaughlin family home which was converted into a winery in 1990. The winery has several rooms available for wine tastings, dinners and events. As well as a one bedroom retreat available for overnight stays. Our back deck is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and lunch and features a beautiful herb garden. We are pleased to offer several grilling demos hosted by local chefs with Minturn Cellars wines paired to compliment the featured dish. Minturn Cellars also offers wine tastings and component tastings. Minturn Cellars Fine Colorado wines are produced here at the winery and fermented in oak barrels in our barrel room. There is always a great selection of Minturn Cellars and Colorado wines available to take home or enjoy inside the winery or on our backyard deck.
