Established in 1991, Lakeview Cellars is one of Niagara's first small cottage wineries, located on 13 acres along the "Beamsville Bench" area of the Niagara Escarpment. As it celebrates 14 years of distinction in 2005, Lakeview Cellars continues to move forward with momentum. As it grows, it strives to maintain its "small winery" ambiance, a friend to all who appreciate quality wine and the neighborly approach of its beautiful country setting.

Baco Noir Reserve
Our flagship red, and winner of the "Best Red Hybrid" Award at Cuvee 2005. This young red exhibits smoky blueberry notes with a touch of spice. Youthful tannins and good complexity make this wine excellent for cellaring. Recommended to age for 5-7 years. Limited Production.

Chardonnay
Full and fruity. A warm bouquet of melon and butterscotch and a hint of ginger. Big, fruity flavors with a crisp, balanced conclusion. Serve with poultry, seafood, soft and medium cheeses.

Aged in new French Oak Barrels for 18 months with full contact with the lees, this wine is full bodied with lots of complexity. Ripe banana, caramel, and butterscotch on the nose. Rich and creamy with flavours of vanilla, pear and a toasty buttery finish.Age for up to 8 years. All Canadian Wine Awards 2004 - GOLD MEDAL WINNER

Gamay Noir
Black pepper and tobacco leaf dominate this young red, which is slowly opening up and will continue to develop further in the bottle over the next 6 months. Soft flavours of red currant and sour cherry. Smoky finish.

Gamay Nouveau
Fresh and fruity, with classic bubble gum characteristics. Available at the winery only. Serve as an aperitif with mild to medium cheeses, seafood,and light meats. Enjoy in its youth; not for cellaring.
