  Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County
A blend of our Alexander Valley (20%) and Dry Creek Valley (80%) properties, this wine bursts with aromas of blackberry jam and spice, followed by flavors of fruit, anise, and leather. The wine has a dark ruby color, medium body, and moderate tannins; long, spicy finish. Pair with red meat, grilled steaks, roasts, rich pastas, tangy cheeses.
  Estate Bottled Dry Creek Gewurztraminer
  Estate Chardonnay, Dry Creek Valley
This wine begins with notes of honeysuckle, pear, and pineapple accented with vanilla. Flavors of pear, riipe tropical fruit predominate mixed with subtle accents of oak. Medium bodied, silky in the mouth. Excellent with mild cheeses, grilled chicken, pasta salad, grilled pork, or chicken Caesar salad.
  Estate Merlot, Dry Creek Valley
This wine begins with a nose of gunflint and black pepper. Flavors are of blackberry and tart cherry with big notes of spice and a touch of vanilla. Medium body, fine tannins. Serve this wine with red meat, lamb, grilled salmon, and anything with blue cheese. For dessert, pair it with chocolate.
Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley
An elegant nose of citrus, smoke, and bell pepper. Flavors are classic sauvignon blanc fruit with lime and grapefruit, then a lively finish. Pairs especially well with lighter pasta dishes, pasta salad, and white fish. Its crisp freshness is nice with chicken or veal piccata.
  Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
  Reserve Chardonnay
  Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley
Made from grapes grown on the eastern bench of the valley with red soil and minimal irrigation, this wine has impressive body. Aromas of very ripe fruit and oak are followed by flavors of blackberry, prune, jam, and black pepper. Serve this round, concentrated with with duck in a cassis demi-glace or blackberry reduction sauce; almond- or apple-rottisseried chicken; and mesquite grilled pork chops.
  Zinfandel, Matteucci Vineyard
From 85-year-old vines, this wine shows aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry followed by flavors of strawberry and pepper with a lingering spicy finish. This is a good wine with grilled meats and red-sauced pasta dishes.
  Zinfandel, Russian River Valley
This zin comes from two small vineyards in the Russian River Valley: half from an old, dry-farmed piece and half from a newer vineyard utilizing modern techniques. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, eucalyptus, licorice, and oak are followed by balanced flavors of ripe strawberry and blackberry with moderate pepper. Complex and interesting.
