Horseheads Brewing Horseheads Brewing broke ground on June 2006 and opened it's doors for business on July 3rd, 2007. The Master Brewer, after "home-brewing for 8 years, received his education and certificate of concise brewing technology from the Siebel Institute in Chicago.
