Welcome to the O'Fallon Brewery where we are passionate about making beer, and work hard to brew beers that look good, smell good and taste good! Ours is a small manufacturing brewery located in St. Charles County, just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in January, 2000 by Fran and Tony Caradonna, the O'Fallon Brewery currently employs nine full-time and six part-time people. In 2007 we brewed around 2850 barrels of beer...equivalent to about 39,000 cases.

O’Fallon 5-DAY IPA
We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests “on top” of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

O’Fallon Goat’s Breath Bock Ale
We brew this smooth, dark and rich tasting beer with our house Kolsch yeast to create a “bock ale.” Conventional German bock beers are brewed with lager yeast, but our passion is great beer...and we love to defy tradition every now and then.

O’Fallon Smoked Porter
Our Gold Medal Winner took first in the Smoked Beer category at the 2004 Great American Beer Festival®. This is a robust porter with a black mahogany color, brewed with sixty-three percent Bamberg Smoked Malt. The malty sweetness and burnt chocolate undertones balance the bitterness of the hops and the smoky flavor and aroma to make this a wonderfully complex porter.

O'Fallon Gold
The original beer from our brewery...a smooth golden ale with three types of barely, two varieties of hops and fresh Kolsch yeast. It's cold-conditioned and carefully filtered for a clear, beautifully colored, delicious beer.

O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer
Like pumpkin pie in a bottle...we add 120 pounds of real pumpkin to the three-barley mash and then season the finished beer with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

O'Fallon Wheat
A fresh, clean-tasting American Wheat Beer....brewed with white wheat, two varieties of domestic barley, two kinds of hops and our Kolsch yeast. It's not filtered, so there's a trace of the yeast in the beer for a smooth, full-bodied, velvety texture and a creamy head. This easy-to-drink beer won the Bronze Medal for American Hefeweizen at the 2005 Great American Beer Festival®.
