Cedar Crest Vineyards & Winery is located in the foothills of the Lassen Volcanic National Park in Manton, California. The rich volcanic soils provide a perfect wine growing environment and the wines of Cedar Crest are a fine example of the unique characteristics of wines in this region.
Our wines have won numerous awards at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition going head to head with the best wines in the nation. Our California wines are made in small lots, usually less than 200 cases. Our reds tend to be rich, smooth and full bodied, in varietals of Syrah, Petite Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our whites are fresh, light and crisp with slight notes of fresh fruit. Our white varietals include Viognier, Chardonnay, and blends of the two. Whatever your tastes are, we have a wine that suits you.
Our winery offers a beautiful escape from the city and a relaxing day of wine tasting, great food, and great company. Tasting hours are Weekends Noon to 5:00 pm, weekdays by appointment only.
