The young vineyard in grow tubes consists of 50 each of Reds: Petite Pearl, Marquette, Frontenac, Whites: St. Pepin, Brianna, and La Crescent vines. All vines are cold hardy hybrids. Petite Pearl and Marquette are big reds with good structure and tannin. Frontenac is good for port or rose. St. Pepin is a fruity white, Brianna is a low acid white good for blending and La Crescent is a Muscat cross. We also added 82 apple trees this spring 18 different varieties for complex hard cider.
