Barbera
There is an intensity of fruit and a spicy vivacity to the wine, making it an enthralling partner to food.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Luxurious in both texture and fruit, extended barrel aging provide firmness from the oak tannins which allow the wine to drink well throughout its life span.
Chardonnay 'Bare Naked'
A delightful example of what this grape can do when left unadorned. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, no oak to mask its luscious fruit character.
Merlot
Wine maker Greg Fries uses oak and patience to bind this Merlot’s big bodied qualities into a well joined and supple wine.
Ruah
The blend of the intense fruit and extended barrel created a wine that is elegant yet with intense complexity.
Semillion
Lemongrass and stone fruits mingle with toasted oak and apples on the palate.
Viognier 'Bare Naked'
Soft, ripe tangerine on the nose leads to a wine with green pear and mineral qualities in the mouth.
