Real Ice Wine! We harvested frozen berries from our Gewurztraminer block on the 14th of January, 2005. We only produced 30 gallons of wine from a half ton of fruit. Very small production indeed! Beautiful rose character on the nose and light sweetness in the mouth. Enjoy after dinner served cold!
