Located between Amity and Salem, Temperance Hill has long been one of the more heralded Pinot Noir vineyards in Oregon. This is our sixth vintage of Pinot Noir and our first vintage from Temperance Hill.

Wren Vineyard, located west of Philomath, is an established supplier of fine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit to wineries of the Willamette Valley. This Chardonnay is one of the newer Dijon clones that has been selected for compatibility to our local climate and soils. This wine has been fermented "sur lies" and aged in new French oak for 10 months.

This Merlot comes from Oregon's Rogue Valley, which boasts an ideal growing climate for this varietal. The '02 release is PCW's second Merlot vintage.

Pinot Gris has become the white wine varietal Oregon is most noted for. PCW obtained this fruit from a local vineyard owned by Dan and Jackie Rudolph located east of Corvallis on Logsdon Ridge. This is our fifth vintage from this wonderful vineyard.

Maréchal Foch was introduced to the NW by the Meadows family in their vineyard located near Harrisburg. This fruit yields a rich, unique, robust red wine. This wine will pair well with your most hearty dishes.

This dry white, with a floral and perfumy nose and delicate fruit, comes from fruit grown at Plagmann Farms vineyard.
